Canada Permanent Residence by Investment - Startup Program (SUV)
This Canadian Investment Program (SUV) is a Canadian permanent residence program administered by the Federal Government of Canada. It targets immigrant entrepreneurs with the skills and potential to build innovative and globally-competitive businesses in Canada, which can create jobs for Canadians. It is available in all provinces except Quebec.
Requirements
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
• Incorporate a company and intend to develop a business concept or idea.
• Have at least CAD$ 500,000 in Net Worth.
• Be minimum age 21 with no maximum age.
• Have business ownership or management experience.
• Be educated.
• Have basic proficiency in English or French.

Provincial Nominee Program (PEIPNP) - Entrepreneur
In September 2018, Prince Edward Island Provincial Nominee Program (PEIPNP) Entrepreneur Category migrated to a Work Permit Stream, whereby applicants will come to the Province and run a business for 1 year before being nominated and later receiving permanent residency (PR).
Criteria
Applicants must meet the following criteria:

Intend to settle in PEI and manage or own a business.

Make a minimum investment of CDN $150,000 in the business.

Have a minimum of CDN $600,000 in Net Worth.

Be between 21 and 59 years of age.

Have completed at least 12 years of school (completed secondary school).

Have a minimum of 3 years of business experience
